Return Policy

Effective as of: January 1, 2023


  1. Returns & Exchanges. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at 908.862.8200 or [email protected] to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item and order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange.
  2. Return shipping. Shipping Instructions will be included with your return authorizations.
  3. Eligible items. Perishable items are only eligible for return/exchange within 24 hours of receiving them. Frozen items must be verified that they were kept cool from the time of receiving until the time of return. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
  4. Condition of items. Except for items that were damaged when received, items must be new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact. Additionally, the pick label must still be attached.
  5. Form of payment. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, a credit may be issued at our discretion.
  6. Return at time of delivery. The full return process must be followed even when the return is requested at the time the order is delivered. An RMA number is required.
  7. Other terms and conditions. All terms apply to issues that are the result of an error by S. Bertram Inc only.
